Step 2-Verification.
We verify your documents with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and NHF to determine your eligibility for this housing.
Step 3- Construction of your unit.
Upon verification, site inspection and initial deposit. We begin the construction of your housing unit immediately.
Step 4- Allocation.
Upon the completion of your unit in 3-4 months, we'll begin the allocation of your housing unit immediately.

WHO CAN BENEFIT FOROM THIS HOUSING SCHEME?
The RENT-TO-OWNÂ scheme is for Nigerians in all sectors of the economy, particularly those within the low and medium-income levels who cannot afford commercial housing loans e.g., civil servants, traders, artisans, commercial drivers, etc. Any intending beneficiary must be a registered contributor with NHF and up to date with his/her contributions

WHAT IF I CAN’T CONTINUE PAYMENT CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yes, there is a refund after payment. In the case of refund, it will attract (20% severing 20% administration charges respectively and a 90days (3months) notice should be given to the company and a further 60days if the process is not completed. This happens when the said plot has been sold.
CAN I APPLY IF I DON'T HAVE PAYING EMPLOYMENT
Yes, you can, we would register you with the National Housing Funds (NHF), so you can access this mortgage plan.
CAN I HAVE A CO-APPLICANT?
Yes, you can, but he or She can only be your spouse, and both of you have to be eligible under the Rent-to-Own scheme and you will own joint title to the home if successful.
