How the Rent to Own Housing scheme works.
Salary earning Individuals or families can set aside a certain amount of rent monthly/yearly and spread payment for up to 10 years after which they can claim full ownership of the building.
In other words, our rent-to-own ‘Home Ownership Programme’ enables you to pay an agreed portion of your rent towards the purchase price of the house you live in.

Who can benefit?
Any Nigerian above the age of 18 can apply for our Rent to Own Housing Schemes.
All applicants must be a contributor to the National Housing Fund for a minimum period of six (6) months, however, if you haven’t been contributing, we’ve got you covered.
Finally, all applicants must have satisfactory evidence of a regular flow of income to guarantee loan repayment.
