Is any payment plan permitted?
Yes. You will be given up to a 3- 12 months payment plan for your purchases with us.

What document do I get after payment?
For land purchases, you’ll receive a Receipt, Title documents, survey documents, and a Deed of assignment.
Do we have projects outside Lagos?
At the moment no we do not. However, we are looking into expanding into other states in Nigeria.
Who can avail housing loan?
A Nigerian worker earning the minimum national wage and above per annum in either the public or private sectors of the economy shall contribute up to 10% of his/her basic monthly salary to the fund.
CAN WE START BUILDING IF WE HAVE FINISHED PAYING FOR THE ESTATE PLOT/PLOTS AND DOCUMENTS?
Yes you can start building immediately
CAN IS TRANSFER MY LAND TO SOMEONE WHILE PAYING?
The Land is not transferable to another while payment is still made.
CAN I RESELL MY PLOT/PLOTS?
Yes, you can resell when you have paid in full. The seller is required to furnish the company with details of the buyer. A charge of 10% of the land consideration (Covering the transfer documentation fee) shall be paid.
Do I make payments to the agent or the company?
As much as we are not trying to discredit our agents, our policy is that payments should be made to the company accounts only.
WHAT IF I DEFAULT IN PAYMENT WHAT HAPPENS?
There are no refunds after payment. (In the case of refund the company refunds less than 50% of administrative fees and others) a 90days notice should be given to the company further 60 days if the process is not completed. This happens when the said plot has been sold.
WHAT ARE THE PROPOSED INFRASTRUCTURES?
All our housing estates will come with perimeter fences, Electricity, Paved access Roads, Security houses, a Good Drainage system, and water treatment plants.
WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR A COMMERCIAL PLOT?
Extra 20% charge of the total sum.
CAN I GET A CORNER PIECE?
Yes, you can at a 15% charge of the total sum.
ARE THERE HIDDEN CHARGES?
NO. We don’t have hidden charges; all we have are the statutory fees on all our estate’s projects (Registered Survey cost, documentation fee, and allocation fee)
