2. QUESTION- WHERE IS CRYSTAL GARDEN CITY LIMITED LOCATED?
ANSWER- KM 38 Kajola town, after Lakwoe golf course, Lekki Epe-Expressway, Lagos.
3. QUESTION-CAN WE START BUILDING IF WE HAVE FINISHED PAYING FOR THE ESTATE PLOT/PLOTS AND DOCUMENTS?
ANSWER- Yes you can start building immediately
4. QUESTION- CAN IS TRANSFER MY LAND TO SOMEONE WHILE PAYING?
ANSWER- the Land is not transferable to another while payment is still made
5. QUESTION- WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
ANSWER- 0-3 MONTHS PLAN
0-6 MONTHS PLAN
0-12 MONTHS PLAN
6. QUESTION- CAN I PAY OUTRIGHTLY?
ANSWER- Yes, you can pay outrightly
7. QUESTION- CAN I RESELL MY PLOT/PLOTS?
ANSWER- Yes you can resell when you have paid in full. The seller is required to furnish the company with details of the buyer. A charge of 10% of the land consideration (Covering transfer documentation fee) shall be paid.
8. QUESTION- WHAT IF I CAN’T CONTINUE PAYMENT CAN I GET A REFUND?
ANSWER- Yes, there is a refund after payment. In the case of refund, it will attract (20% severing 20% administration charges respectively and a 90days (3months) notice should be given to the company and a further 60days if the process is not completed. This happens when the said plot has been sold.
9. QUESTION- CAN I PAY TO YOUR AGENT?
ANSWER- As much as we are not trying to discredit our agents, our policy is that payments should be made into the company accounts only.
10. QUESTION- WHAT IF I DEFAULT IN PAYMENT WHAT HAPPENS?
ANSWER- There are no refunds after payment. (In the case of refund the company refunds less than 50% of administrative fees and others) a 90days notice should be given to the company and a further 60days if the process is not completed. This happens when the said plot has been sold
11. QUESTION- WHAT ARE THE PROPOSED INFRASTRUCTURES?
ANSWER-All our housing estates will come with a perimeter fence, Electricity, Paved access Roads, a Security house, a Good Drainage system, and water treatment plants
12. QUESTION- WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS I WILL GET DURING AND AFTER PAYMENT?
ANSWER- You will get an invoice and receipt of each payment made.
After full payment, you will receive a Deed of Assignment when you are allocated.
13. QUESTION- IS THERE A LAYOUT PLAN OF THE ESTATE?
ANSWER- Yes, there is
14. QUESTION- WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR A COMMERCIAL PLOT?
ANSWER- Extra 20% charge of the total sum.
15. QUESTION- CAN I GET A CORNER PIECE?
ANSWER- Yes you can at 15% charge of the total sum
16. QUESTION- ARE THERE HIDDEN CHARGES?
ANSWER- NO. We don’t have hidden charges; all we have are the statutory fees on all our estates’ projects (Registered Survey cost, documentation fee, and allocation fee)
